Create a step-by-step guide

Step 1: Go to Balwin Fibres webiste or your preffered ISP

• Follow the steps on Balwin Fibre website or got to one of our approved ISPs below
• Afrihost
• Cool Ideas
• Supersonic
• Web Africa
• Home Connect
• Vox telecom

Step 2: Activation of your fibre line

• Once signed up your selected ISP will place an order on Balwin Fibre's autoamted provisoning Portal
• Your service may go into a pending order or activation order, which your ISP can view and provide updates
• If your order is in a pending order state it could mean the previous line owner has not released the line yet, your ISP will escalate this with Balwin Fibre for expedited activation, once approved your line will be ready for use

Step 3: Your line is now ready for use

• You may need to wait 1 -7 Days for router delivery from your ISP, or you have an existing wifi router
• Setup your existing router or, Plug and Play your pre confiugred Wi-Fi router

Step 4: Enjoy your high speed fibre internet
